Brentwood Springs is a 48-bed behavioral hospital located in Newburgh, IN. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults and their families. At Brentwood Springs we are dedicated to Changing People’s Lives®.

 

The Outpatient department plays an essential role in helping fulfill our mission of “Changing People’s Lives®”.  Outpatient team members directly affect the care and treatment our patients receive in the outpatient setting.  As Outpatient Manager oversee the officer operations of the programs assigned. Position Details

  • Manager ensures that office operations and programing in the outpatient department operate efficiently and professionally while providing a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Manager ensures outpatient programs are compliant with all laws, rules and regulations of federal and state licensing agencies, as well as TJC standards for quality care. 
  • Monitors patient volumes and quality of care to identify areas for improvement. Manager oversees the work performance of the non-clinical outpatient staff.
  • Familiar with a variety of concepts and practices in relationship to the field. 
  • Demonstrates the ability to problem-solve and make day to day decisions regarding department operations. Leads and directs the work of others while reporting to the department head

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.

 

Experience:

  • Previous outpatient experience preferred
  • Must have clerical experience
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
